Completing the check

Your answers stay in the current browser session until you choose to submit an enquiry. You can view and print your results without providing contact details. Refreshing or closing the page clears your unsent answers.

Requesting a conversation

If you select “Discuss my results”, your name, work email, organisation, role, assessment answers, results and permission to contact you are saved for Daughterhood UK to review and respond. A submission reference and date are also recorded.

The enquiry is stored in the database supporting this assessment. An email containing your enquiry details and assessment results is also sent to Daughterhood UK using Resend, our email delivery provider. It is not displayed to other visitors. The form does not enrol you in a newsletter or send an automatic email report.

Keep employee details private

Please do not enter employee names, family medical information or other sensitive personal details. This tool asks about organisational practices.
